You’ve seen this scene in a hundred horror movies.<\/p>\n

The family knows the house is haunted. Furniture moves by itself. Something growls from the basement. The television starts talking to their daughter.<\/p>\n

And what do they do? They stay another night.<\/p>\n

You want to grab them by the shoulders and shout, “GET OUT OF THE HOUSE!”<\/p>\n

Your prospects can be just as frustrating.<\/p>\n

They know their website isn’t converting. They know their advertising is wasting money. They know their sales process needs fixing.<\/p>\n

They agree with your diagnosis. They believe your evidence. They may even compliment your presentation.<\/p>\n

Then they do absolutely nothing.<\/p>\n

But here’s the mistake copywriters make: they assume the prospect needs another reminder of how serious the problem is.<\/p>\n

So they pile on more warnings, alarming statistics, and worst-case scenarios.<\/p>\n

But the prospect already believes the house is haunted.<\/p>\n

Perhaps they don’t know where to begin. Maybe they’re worried about the cost, the disruption, or making an expensive mistake.<\/p>\n

Your copy needs to address those concerns instead of continuing to describe the monster.<\/p>\n

Show what happens after the order. Explain the first step. Demonstrate how implementation works. Remove unnecessary commitments and give the prospect a manageable way to begin.<\/p>\n

When somebody already knows they’re living in a haunted house, another ghost story won’t help.<\/p>\n
